BPBeat Blood Pressure Log Privacy Policy

Effective date September 18 2026

1 Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how BAISHUISHAN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information when you use BPBeat: Blood Pressure Log (the “App”). It applies to the App, its support pages, and the services used to operate, analyze, and support the App.

BPBeat helps users record blood pressure readings obtained from a separate blood pressure monitor, estimate heart rate using the phone’s camera, track weight and BMI, review trends, set reminders, and access general wellness content. BPBeat does not measure blood pressure and is not a medical device.

2 Information We Process

Health and wellness information

You may enter or generate information such as blood pressure readings, heart rate results, height, weight, BMI, dates, and reminder settings. The App uses this information to provide records, classifications, charts, history, and reminder features.

Our advertising and analytics event specifications do not permit exact blood pressure values, heart rate values, height, weight, BMI, reminder content, free text, article titles, recipe titles, or URLs to be sent to advertising or analytics services. We may process limited feature-use events and broad result classifications to understand whether features work as intended. These events are not intended to identify you.

Camera information

The heart rate feature uses the camera and flash to detect pulse-related changes while you place a fingertip over the camera. Camera frames are processed for the measurement flow. The App is not designed to save or upload photos or video from this feature. You can deny or later revoke camera access in iOS Settings, although the heart rate feature will then be unavailable.

Device app and network information

We and our service providers may process device model, operating system version, App version, language, approximate location derived from an IP address, network information, app or device identifiers, crash data, performance data, and technical diagnostics. We use this information to operate the App, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and improve reliability.

Advertising and product interaction information

When advertising is available, we and our advertising providers may process ad requests, ad format and placement, whether an ad loaded or displayed, ad impressions, clicks, closes, errors, advertising revenue, and the advertising network that served an ad. We may also process limited product interaction events, such as screen entry, navigation, feature selection, App launch, and installation events.

3 How We Use Information

4 Advertising Analytics and Service Providers

The App may use the following categories of service providers. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy terms and by the configuration we use in the App.

Google Mobile Ads and Firebase

Advertising delivery and measurement, analytics, remote configuration, crash and performance diagnostics. Google may process identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, advertising data, product interactions, and diagnostics.

Meta Platforms

App event and advertising measurement. Meta may process device or app identifiers, installation and launch events, advertising measurement events, and related technical information.

App operations and analytics infrastructure

Systems operated by us or our contracted providers may process limited event, advertising, installation, lifecycle, and diagnostic information to operate and evaluate the App.

We do not provide exact health measurements or reminder content to Google, Meta, or advertising networks for ad targeting. We do not use health information to create advertising audiences or select ads based on a person’s health condition.

5 Tracking and Advertising Choices

Depending on your region, the App’s configuration, and your choices, advertising providers may use device or advertising identifiers for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, and measurement. If the App seeks permission for activity that Apple defines as tracking, it will use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers. You may deny this request. The App’s core health logging features will remain available, although advertising and measurement may be less personalized or less precise.

You can review or change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Where an in-App privacy choices entry is available, you can also use it to review eligible advertising privacy options.

6 How We Share Information

We may share the limited information described above with service providers that host, secure, analyze, support, or monetize the App. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell exact blood pressure, heart rate, height, weight, BMI, or reminder content. We do not disclose those exact values to advertising providers for targeted advertising.

7 Data Retention

Information stored on your device remains there until you delete the relevant record, clear App data where supported, or remove the App. Operational, analytics, advertising, and diagnostic records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and service provider.

8 International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries or regions other than the one where you live. Privacy laws in those places may differ. Where required, we use contractual and other safeguards for international transfers.

9 Your Choices and Rights

Some analytics and advertising records are pseudonymous and may not be linked to your name or contact details. We may ask for information needed to verify and process a request, and we may retain information where the law permits or requires us to do so.

10 Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Children and Age Eligibility

BPBeat is intended for users aged 16 or older and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.

12 Health and Medical Notice

BPBeat provides general wellness information and record-keeping tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Blood pressure must be measured with a separate blood pressure monitor and entered manually. Camera-based heart rate results are for general wellness reference only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions, and contact local emergency services in an emergency.

13 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the App, our data practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated Policy and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect.
